Walking on Reisen street along the Sosui, the old canal, from Heian Shrine in Okazaki park, you will reached the sluice of the Sosui down to the Kamo river at the West end. Since Nagagutu-tei is located on just the sluice, you can enjoy the view of green and water form your table.
